Currently, we do not sell fortune cookies.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Fortune's Cookies is located in a small town on the outskirts of Cleveland, OH!

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Our hours are determined by customer need as we are currently a home-based bakery. If you need to contact us, please call (440) 644-0188 or email info@fortunescookies.com.

WHAT MAKES YOUR PRODUCTS DIFFERENT?

Fortune's Cookies provide handmade baked goods that are soft and flavorful without being over the top.  We try to offer something you can't get just anywhere.

I THINK I KNOW WHAT I WANT, BUT I HAVE SOME QUESTIONS BEFORE I PLACE MY ORDER.  WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Feel free to email us info@fortunescookies.com or give us a call (440) 644-0188. Your questions are important us, and we will try our best to answer all calls and emails within 48 hours.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

We request a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your event date (for large orders).

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY COOKIE ORDER AFTER I ORDER?

Please contact us ASAP and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs!

DO YOU SELL ANY OF YOUR BAKED GOODS AT LOCATIONS?

We do not have our own store front at this time, but do sell them out of Fear's Confections in Lakewood, OH.  Please feel free to reach out to info@furtunescookies.com and we would be more than happy to discuss partnering with your business as well.

I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER LESS THAN A DOZEN COOKIES. IS THAT POSSIBLE?

We can provide you with any amount of cookies, small or large!

I HAVE A RESTAURANT OR COFFEE SHOP. DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

If you have a restaurant or coffee shop etc. and need a large quantity or regular deliveries, we are open to discussing a mutually beneficial arrangement.

DO YOU OFFER ANY LARGE ORDER OR CORPORATE ORDER DISCOUNTS?

We are more than willing to discuss this possibility on a case by case basis.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?

We currently accept cash, check (if local), Venmo, Google Pay, Zelle. There will be a transaction fee If you would like to use PayPal or a credit card.

WHAT IS YOUR ALLERGY INFORMATION?

We are not a nut-free bakery; all of our baked goods are prepared on premise. The bakery stocks nuts and nut butters.  There are also gluten products, strawberry extracts and chocolate.

ARE ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS SUGAR-FREE?

Not at this time.

ARE YOU CERTIFIED KOSHER?

Not at this time.

DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING THAT IS WHEAT-FREE?

Not at this time.

DO YOU HAVE ANY VEGAN COOKIES?

We currently have a Vegan Chocolate Chip cookie available upon request and availability of ingredients.

WHAT KIND OF INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?

We use quality ingredients and everything from Fortune's Cookies is made from scratch.

SHOULD I KEEP MY COOKIES REFRIGERATED? CAN I FREEZE MY COOKIES?

Refrigeration is not required however it may extend the shelf life of the product. They may also be frozen.

CAN YOU PERSONALIZE A COOKIE?

We do not offer artwork or writing on the cookies.

CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND ON MY ITEMS?

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot refund, credit or exchange your order. However, quality is very important to us and we encourage you to speak with us about any issues you may have.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Contact us immediately at (440) 644-0188 OR info@fortunescookies.com if you need to cancel your order. If the order has shipped, no refund will be given.
